Felix Leicht

Felix Leicht is currently the Head of Project & Data Management Logistics at Heraeus, where they lead and develop a team of project managers and process experts while overseeing logistics projects in the Rhein-Main area. Previously, Felix held roles at Heraeus as Administration Excellence Manager and engaged in various positions in lean management and project management at companies such as Brose Group and Siemens Healthcare. With a background in industrial engineering and a passion for fostering growth through process optimization and leadership coaching, Felix is dedicated to implementing a culture of excellence within organizations. They hold a degree from the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg, earned between 2014 and 2017.
