Michael Knieps

Michael Knieps has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Michael began their career as an intern at Hochtief AG in 2003 and later interned at Deutsche Bank in 2004. In 2005, they joined PwC as a Project Manager and worked there until 2010. From 2010 to 2014, they worked as a Senior Project Manager at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants. Michael then joined Heraeus in 2014 as a Senior Manager M&A, and later became the Head of Finance for Heraeus Site Operations from 2016 to 2019. Finally, they assumed the role of Global Head of Finance for Heraeus Electronics in February 2019.

Michael Knieps received a Joint Master's Degree in Business Administration and Civil Engineering from the Technische Universität Berlin in the years 1997-2004. Additionally, they pursued studies in Magistère Banque Finance Assurance at Université Paris Dauphine - PSL in 2002-2003.
