Niklas Steinbach

Niklas Steinbach is a seasoned professional in corporate development and strategy with extensive experience across multiple industries, including chemicals, energy, metals, and semiconductors. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Corporate Development & Strategy at Heraeus since August 2023, Niklas previously held roles as Engagement Manager at Oliver Wyman and Manager at Strategy&. Niklas's expertise encompasses corporate strategy, business model development, market entry strategy, organizational transformation, and M&A activities. Prior to consulting, Niklas worked at Kuraray Europe GmbH in technical service and innovation management for PVB resins and films and began a career at Celanese as a trainee in process analytics and development. Academically, Niklas holds a Master of Science in Polymer Materials Science and Engineering from The University of Manchester and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Provadis School of International Management and Technology AG.
