Grace Churchill has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Grace is currently working as a Technical Solutions Manager at Herald since October 2022. Previously, they worked as a Product Manager at Insurify from August 2021 to July 2022.
Prior to that, Grace held multiple positions at Kriya RevGEN, a hotel revenue management consulting firm. Grace started as a Revenue & E-commerce Analyst in June 2016 and later became a Senior Revenue Analyst from December 2016 to January 2018. Grace then transitioned to a Product Manager role from January 2018 to July 2019, where they oversaw product enhancements and offshore development activities. Grace was promoted to the position of Senior Product Manager from July 2019 to July 2021. In this role, they played a key role in developing the product vision and strategy, overseeing the development of the SAAS offering, and managing the Customer Success team.
Grace also gained teaching experience at Cornell University, where they served as a Business Computing Lead Teaching Assistant from August 2015 to May 2016 and as a Business Computing Teaching Assistant from June 2013 to August 2015.
Additionally, Grace has had internship experiences at the Greater Boston Convention & Visitors Bureau as a Sales and Convention Services Intern from January 2015 to August 2015. Grace also independently managed the Edgewood Guest House as a Manager in May 2014, handling guest reservations, contracts, and staff management. Furthermore, they worked as a Banquet Waiter at the Statler Hotel from June 2013 to May 2014 and as an Assistant Manager at Edgewood Guest House from May 2013 to August 2013.
Early in their career, Grace worked as a Youth Team Coordinator at MetaMovements Dance Company from June 2012 to August 2012 and as a SummerFest Host at the Royal Sonesta Hotel from May 2011 to September 2011.
Throughout their career, Grace has demonstrated their expertise in product management, revenue analysis, customer success, teaching, and hospitality.
Grace Churchill attended Cambridge Rindge and Latin High School from 2008 to 2012. Grace then went on to study at Cornell University from 2012 to 2016, earning a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Hospitality Administration/Management. In April 2020, Grace obtained a Product Management Certificate from Cornell University.
