Vaibhav Jadhav

Vaibhav Jadhav currently serves as AGM-International Business (EU) at Heranba Industries Ltd since August 2024. Prior to this role, Vaibhav held various positions at Parijat Industries (India) Pvt Ltd, including Sales Head for International Business covering the MENA, South Africa, and East Africa regions from May 2015 to September 2024, as well as roles focused on market research and business growth. Vaibhav began the career at Rallis India Ltd in 2014 during a summer internship that involved studying employee satisfaction dynamics. Academically, Vaibhav earned an MBA in Agribusiness from Symbiosis Institute of International Business and holds a Master of Science in Plant Pathology from the College of Agriculture, Nagpur, along with a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture from K.K.Wagh College of Agriculture.
