Avinash Gunashekaran

Avinash Gunashekaran is a seasoned IT professional with over a decade of experience in incident management, technical support, and infrastructure operations. Currently serving as a Senior Incident Specialist at Herbalife Nutrition since December 2015, Avinash leads the initiation and resolution of incidents, providing technical guidance and maintaining communication with stakeholders. Prior experience includes a Senior Engineer role at Lumen Technologies, where Avinash developed efficiency-improving processes and generated reports for senior management. Additionally, experience as an IT Helpdesk Specialist at IBM India and a Remote Support Engineer at Microland has contributed to a strong foundation in technical support and customer service. Avinash holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from S.J.C.I.T and an Associate's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from RBANM’s First Grade College.
