Celine Del Genes is the current Director at Herbalife. Celine has over ten years of experience in the marketing and go-to-market industry. Prior to their current position, they were the Global Head of Marketing and Go-To-Market Women at Adidas Group - Reebok International. There, they were responsible for driving range segmentation for the Women’s product collection, establishing strategic distribution and consumer segmentation plans, providing global guidance for price positioning and target consumers, leading Range efficiency management and Range alignment worldwide, and redefining Sell in tools for hubs and markets trade shows.

Before their time at Adidas Group - Reebok International, Celine was the Head of Marketing at Reebok Asia Pacific. There, they were responsible for driving the strategic approach and vision for the Brand to re‐establish Reebok positioning and attack in Asia Pacific, in alignment with global footprint, establishing implementation strategy for the newly created category Toning, leading marketing disciplines to reach complete cross‐functional integration, overseeing brand strategy, product architecture, consumer insights, distribution approach, communications tools, experiential and consumer research, and steering strategic development and budgetary management of 5 subsidiaries and 6 distributors with a regional marketing working budget of USD 2.5 millions.

Celine has a proven track record in successfully implementing global marketing strategies and driving executional excellence. Celine is a key strategic partner with global teams to connect global strategy to regional specificities. Under their leadership, Reebok Asia Pacific saw a significant increase in sales of their EasyTone footwear. In Fall Winter 2009, 90k pairs were landed and in Spring Summer 2010, that number rose to 150k pairs.

Celine Del Genes has an Adidas Executive Development Experience from 2018-2019 and they went to Harvard Business School. Celine is currently working as an EDC.
