Jugal Trivedi

Jugal Trivedi is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in human resources and digital transformation. Currently serving as Vice President of Total Rewards, HR Technology, and People Operations at Herbalife Nutrition, Jugal leads the global strategy for rewards and people operations in partnership with the Chief Human Resource Officer and executive leadership. Prior to this role, Jugal was Senior Director of Digital Transformation at Forever 21, where responsibilities included collaborating with the executive team to define the company's technology roadmap. Jugal's previous experience also includes roles at Children's Hospital Los Angeles, U.S. Cellular, Willis Towers Watson, and Aon Hewitt, providing a strong foundation in HR programs and enterprise projects. Jugal is an alumnus of DePaul University.
