Marcello Giopp

Marcello Giopp serves as the VP of Global Business Services Americas at Herbalife Nutrition since January 2020, overseeing the company's shared service and GBS organizations in Mexico while leading strategy development for the Americas. Prior to this role, Marcello held various leadership positions at Lufthansa, including Director of Business Services Finance & HR for Latin America and Director of GBS Regional Shared Services Center for the Americas, where responsibilities included strategic planning and operation management across a wide region. Marcello's educational background includes an MBA from Tecnológico de Monterrey and degrees in Accounting and Administration from Universidade Gama Filho, as well as Industrial Engineering from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro.
