Raymond McDowell

Raymond McDowell, PMP, is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in global operations and IT initiatives. Currently serving as the Global Operations Senior Program Manager at Herbalife since November 2018, McDowell has successfully managed a portfolio of 12-15 projects and led a team of eight Project Managers overseeing vital operations in manufacturing and supply chain processes for the $5B organization. Prior to Herbalife, McDowell contributed to significant SAP initiatives at a $45B AgroChemical company and effectively managed multiple projects at Reynolds American, achieving considerable cost savings and efficiency improvements. McDowell holds a B.S. in Management from Clemson University and a PMP certification from Villanova University.
