Stacy Stegmaier

Stacy Stegmaier, MBA, FAA AP, currently serves as the Director of Quality at Herber Aircraft Service, Inc. since April 2015, where the organization is accredited under AS9100 and recognized as a FAA-approved Part 145 repair station. In addition, Stacy has been the Quality Manager at Aviation Component Services, Inc. since December 2016, overseeing the development and implementation of an FAA-approved Quality System. Stacy has also contributed to the Performance Review Institute as a committee member for supplier metrics and served on the Board of Advisors for the Design Thinking Executive Program at the University of California, Riverside. Previous roles include Vice President of Operations at Be Myself Marriage & Family Therapy, Inc., and Director of Quality at Aviation & Defense, Inc. Educational qualifications include an MBA and a BS in Psychology from the University of Phoenix, complemented by a certificate in Aircraft Powerplant Technology from Mt. San Antonio College.
