Denise Thompson

Denise Thompson has extensive experience in HR, primarily focused on the legal industry. Denise started their career at Deloitte & Touche in 2002, where they worked as an HR professional until 2008. In 2008, Denise joined Herbert Smith Freehills, where they progressed through various roles, including HR Manager, Senior HR Manager, and Head of HR, Alternative Legal Services. Currently, they hold the position of Head of HR, Digital & ALT at Herbert Smith Freehills.

Denise Thompson completed their undergraduate studies at Keele University from 1997 to 2000, majoring in Business & Sociology. Following that, they pursued their postgraduate education at the University of Westminster, where they obtained a Master's degree in Human Resources from 2003 to 2005.
