Mandy Milner

Mandy Milner is a Senior Associate in the Corporate Technology, Media, and Telecommunications team at Herbert Smith Freehills, with a focus on outsourcing, software development, privacy, and the technology/IP aspects of M&A transactions. In addition to this role, Mandy is the Startup School Program Coordinator and Co-Founder, organizing a free education program for startups in Melbourne that addresses legal risks. Previous experiences include a Specialist Legal secondee role at BHP, various positions at Herbert Smith Freehills, and earlier roles as a Legal Assistant at Freed & Golding Lawyers. Mandy holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons I) and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from Monash University and has completed a course in smart legal contract development and blockchain at RMIT University.
