Stanley Xie

Stanley Xie currently serves as a Partner, Head of the Beijing Office, and Chief Representative at Herbert Smith Freehills since June 2023. Prior to this role, Stanley held the position of Partner at Herbert Smith Freehills Kewei (FTZ) Joint Operation Office from July 2019 to May 2023. Stanley's career at Herbert Smith Freehills began in July 2007, progressing through the ranks from Associate to Senior Associate and Senior Consultant until July 2019. Stanley Xie holds a Master of Laws degree from the University of Michigan Law School, obtained between 2009 and 2010, and another Master of Laws in Corporate and Securities Law from East China University of Political Science and Law, completed from 2003 to 2006.
