Deputy Manager Digital Marketing at Herbion International

Muhammad Hassam has a diverse work experience spanning from 2014 to the present. Muhammad started their career as a Marketing Intern at Premier Towels in 2014, where they were responsible for coordinating with customers, conducting research and competitor analysis, and assisting with client relationship activities.

In 2016, Muhammad joined TradeKey as an Officer, Service and Delivery. During their time there, they fulfilled daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs, provided assistance for social media campaigns, SEM, SEO, and web development, and supervised new accounts and team targets.

Next, they moved on to Internet Business Solutions (IBS) in 2017, where they worked as an Associate Ecommerce Key Account Manager. In this role, Muhammad developed e-commerce platforms, generated online business plans, executed data scrubs for key accounts, and handled customer service, claims, inventory, and customer feedback.

Muhammad then joined Herbion International in 2018 and held various roles. Muhammad started as an Ecommerce Specialist, assisting in the development of digital marketing strategies, supporting planning and execution of business plans, and managing channel recommendations and communication with stakeholders. Muhammad was later promoted to Assistant Manager Digital Marketing, where they led ecommerce operations and digital expansion on a global level, reported on digital/ecommerce expansion, and developed business standards for digital platforms and advanced Omni-channel presence. Currently, Muhammad is serving as the Deputy Manager Digital Marketing at Herbion International, leading ecommerce and digital marketing activities on a global scale, ensuring team KPIs fulfillment, developing strategies, mentoring the team, and making execution seamless on all available channels.

Muhammad Hassam's education history begins with their secondary education from Sunbeams Grammar School, where they obtained their Matriculation degree from 2003 to 2009. Muhammad then attended Delhi Government College from 2009 to 2011, where they completed their Intermediate degree in Pre-Engineering.

Hassam continued their education at Bahria University from 2011 to 2015, where they received a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a focus in Marketing. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Marketing/Supply Chain at Bahria University from 2015 to 2017.

In addition to their formal education, Hassam has obtained various certifications. Muhammad obtained certifications in Fundamentals of Digital Marketing from Google in August 2019. In September 2019, they acquired several Google Ad certifications such as Google Ad Display, Google Ads Mobile, Google Ads Search, Google Ads Video, Google Digital Sale, and Google Shopping Ads. Other certifications include Time Management from Timelenders in October 2014, Parliamentary Debate Competition from Bahria Organization for Leadership (BOL) in April 2014, Avant Grad 3.0 from Institute of Business Administration, Karachi in November 2013, Leadership Transition 1.0 from Bahria Organization for Leadership (BOL) in November 2013, Secrets behind Successful Hiring from Bahria University in November 2013, Building Leadership Capabilities from University of Karachi in September 2013, Tedx Bahria from Bahria University in May 2013, and Mega Presentation from Bahria University in December 2012.
