Nadezhda Korenkova has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Nadezhda started their career as a Data Base Manager at the Belarusian Association of Social Workers from June 2011 to June 2012. Nadezhda then worked at the National Centre for Marketing and Price Study, where they first served as a Senior Translator and Project Manager from June 2012 to May 2016, and later as a Digital Marketing Manager from May 2016 to April 2019. During this time, they analyzed e-commerce platforms, developed requirement specifications, and managed projects. In 2018, Nadezhda became self-employed and worked as a Digital Marketing Manager and Independent Translation Specialist, handling translation projects and digital marketing tasks. Currently, they are employed at Herbion International as a Brand Marketing Manager, starting in December 2019.

Nadezhda Korenkova began their education by earning a Bachelor's degree in Linguistics from Belarusian State University. Nadezhda completed this program from 2006 to 2011.
