Anas Khalil

Anas Khalil has a diverse work experience in the field of engineering and project coordination. Anas worked as a Project Engineer Civil and Constructions at GroenLeven from May 2023 to the present. Prior to that, they were a Structural Engineer at EconStruct from May 2022 to May 2023.

In 2017, Anas joined the Norwegian Refugee Council as a Shelter&WASH Project Coordinator. In this role, they led, coordinated, and supervised all Shelter & water, sanitation, and hygiene promotion programming. Anas provided technical and general Shelter&WASH advisory lead and prepared detailed BoQs and Intervention reports for large-scale solar and hybrid systems. Anas'stenure with the Norwegian Refugee Council lasted from December 2017 to June 2019.

Before their time at the Norwegian Refugee Council, Anas worked with Save the Children International. Anas had various roles within the organization, including WASH Coordinator from September 2017 to December 2017, WASH Officer (Water Sanitation and Hygiene Engineer) from December 2016 to September 2017, and WASH volunteer from October 2016 to December 2016.

Anas Khalil obtained a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Al-Furat University, completing their education in the field from 2010 to 2015.
