Anne Marie Burchill

Anne Marie Burchill has extensive work experience in real estate, facilities, and lease administration. Anne Marie started their career in 1998 as a Supervisor of Lease Administration at Retail Brand Alliance/Casual Corner Group. Anne Marie then moved on to Brooks Brothers in 2002, where they worked as a Manager of Lease Administration until 2006. In the same year, they joined Chico's as a Manager of Lease Administration and later progressed to the roles of Director of Lease Accounting and Director of Lease & Capital Accounting. Burchill joined Herc Rentals in 2016, initially as a Senior Manager of Real Estate & Lease Administration. Anne Marie subsequently took on multiple roles, including Director of Real Estate & Lease Administration, Senior Director of Real Estate, and Vice President of Real Estate, Facilities, and Construction. Anne Marie'smost recent role at Herc Rentals began in 2023, and they continue to contribute to the company.
