Denise Wiechman

Denise Wiechman has extensive experience in human resources. Denise started their career in 2004 as a Human Resources Administrator at Foot Locker, where they worked for one year. In 2005, they joined Hertz as an Associate Human Resources Business Partner, later transitioning to the role of Human Resources Business Partner in 2010. Denise then joined Herc Rentals in 2015 as a Region Human Resources Business Partner. Denise was responsible for providing HR support for the South Central Region, overseeing various areas such as talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations. In 2019, they were promoted to the position of Human Resources Director at Herc Rentals.

Denise Wiechman attended Kansas State University from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration with a specialization in HR Management. In 2009, they also obtained a Professional in Human Resources certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI).
