Dominique Maas

Dominique Maas is an experienced professional in the fields of learning and development, human resources management, and career counseling. Currently serving as a Project Manager in Learning & Development at Herc Rentals since December 2021, Dominique previously held roles as a Learning and Development Specialist. Prior experience includes Human Resources Management at Temp-Power Inc and various positions at George Mason University, where Dominique worked as an Adjunct Instructor and Career Counselor, providing guidance to students in career development and educational growth. Additional experience includes serving as a Project Manager for the Fairfax Partnership for Youth, focused on youth mental wellness and resilience. Dominique holds an M.Ed. in Counseling & Development and a B.S. in Psychology, both from George Mason University.
