Jeffrey S. Davis

Jeffrey S. Davis has extensive experience in IT governance, risk, and compliance. Jeffrey S. currently holds the role of Senior Director of IT Applications and Compliance at Herc Rentals since November 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Director of IT Governance, Risk & Compliance and Customer Relationship Management at Herc Rentals from February 2019 to November 2021. From February 2018 to February 2019, they were the Director of IT Governance, Risk & Compliance at Herc Rentals.

Before joining Herc Rentals, Jeffrey worked at Johnson Controls as the Associate Director of Governance, Risk & Compliance from September 2016 to February 2018. Prior to that, they held the position of Associate Director of Global IT Security Risk & Compliance at Tyco from February 2016 to September 2016. Jeffrey S. also served as the Senior Manager of Internal Controls & Policies at Tyco from December 2012 to February 2016.

Earlier in their career, Jeffrey worked at Burger King Corporation as the Senior Manager of Global Internal Audit from June 2011 to December 2012 and as the Manager of Global Internal Audit IT from July 2008 to June 2011. Jeffrey S. started their career at KPMG Advisory as a Senior Associate in IT Advisory from October 2004 to July 2008.

In addition to their work experience, Jeffrey is an Audit Committee Member at Lee County School Board since November 2021.

Jeffrey S. Davis obtained a BA in Business Administration from the University of Florida, where they studied from 1998 to 2003. Jeffrey S. also holds a certification as a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) from ISACA.
