Jennifer Laudermilch

Jennifer Laudermilch has extensive work experience in finance and audit roles. Jennifer currently serves as the Vice President Finance & Treasurer at Herc Rentals, leading various finance functions such as financial planning & analysis, treasury, capital markets, and risk management. Jennifer has been with Herc Rentals since 2018. Prior to that, Jennifer worked at PwC for over a decade, starting as a Director and Senior Manager and eventually becoming a Managing Director. In their role at PwC, they served as the practice leader for the Florida Process Assurance team, overseeing client relationships, budget management, talent recruitment, and staff oversight. Jennifer'sresponsibilities at PwC also included leading internal controls optimization projects and executing various projects with financial services organizations. Jennifer has a strong background in managing teams, building organizational structures, and driving audit programs.

Jennifer Laudermilch has a BSBA in Accounting from the University of Central Florida and an MAcc in Accounting Information Systems from the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business.
