Director, Brand Marketing & Customer Experience at Herc Rentals

Jessica Kistner has a strong background in brand marketing and communications. Jessica began their career as a Marketing Representative at Herc Rentals in 2015. Over the years, they progressed to roles such as Associate Brand Manager, Brand Manager, and Senior Brand & Communications Manager, where they focused on developing and implementing brand strategies, managing communication channels, and aligning employees with company goals. In 2019, they became the Brand & Communications Manager, where they reviewed public and internal communications to ensure brand consistency. In 2021, they were promoted to Director, Brand & Communications, where they worked closely with the executive team on corporate messaging and served as the corporate spokesperson. Currently, they hold the position of Director, Brand Marketing & Customer Experience, where they oversee brand programs and projects as well as manages the budget at Herc Rentals. Prior to their time at Herc Rentals, Jessica worked as a Marketing Manager at Naples Harley-Davidson/Scott Fischer Enterprises from 2012 to 2015, and as a Junior Account Executive at Pushing the Envelope, Inc. from 2010 to 2012.

From 2006 to 2010, Jessica Kistner attended Florida Gulf Coast University where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Advertising. In addition, they obtained certifications in "Maximizing Your Leadership Potential" from the Center for Creative Leadership in 2022, and in "Effective Communications & Human Relations" from the Accrediting Council for Continuing Education and Training in 2016.
