Melissa Klatt

Melissa Klatt has over 20 years of experience in shared services and financial management roles. Melissa is currently the Vice President of Shared Services at Herc Rentals, where they focus on driving operational performance and cost reduction through process reengineering and employee development. Prior to this, Melissa worked as the Senior Director of Shared Services at Herc Rentals, responsible for accounting practices, process excellence, and enterprise financial systems.

Before joining Herc Rentals, Melissa held various positions at Meritor, including Director of Global Shared Services Purchase to Pay and Manager of Purchase to Pay. In these roles, they expanded the shared services global footprint, reengineered business processes, and redesigned organizational structures to mitigate risk.

Melissa began their career at Nissan Motor Corporation as an Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Analyst, where they coordinated the consolidation and outsourcing of these functions, managed audits, and handled daily cash management. Throughout their career, Melissa has demonstrated a strong focus on operational efficiency, cost reduction, and driving performance in shared services and financial management.

Melissa Klatt earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Management from Walsh College in 2003. Melissa continued their education at Walsh College and completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a focus on Strategic Leadership from 2010 to 2013. In addition to their degrees, Melissa Klatt obtained certifications in the Inforum Executive Leadership Program in 2013 and Six Sigma Green Belt in 2012.
