Michelle Long has held various roles in customer account management, specializing in government and national accounts. Michelle has experience in providing white glove services to customers, training teams on billing processes, and working with both local and non-local Accounts. Michelle has also worked as an Endoscopy Technician at Lee Health and as a Swing Manager at McDonald's. Michelle graduated from Florida SouthWestern State College in 2016.
