Rob Valerio

Vice President, Fleet Operations at Herc Rentals

Rob Valerio started their career as an Accountant at Enterprise Rent-A-Car in 1994. Rob then worked as an Accountant at Untracht Early LLC and Rifkin & Company, CPAs from 1996 to 1999. Valerio joined Hertz Equipment Rental in 1999 and held positions as an Accounting Supervisor and later as an Accounting Manager until 2007. From 2008 onwards, they have been working at Herc Rentals, where they started as a Director of Fleet Planning and later became a Senior Director of Fleet Planning. In 2016, Valerio took on the role of Senior Director of Fleet Operations and, in 2023, they were promoted to Vice President of Fleet Operations.

Rob Valerio earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Rutgers Business School in 1994.
