Shari Burgess

Ms. Burgess has served as the vice president and treasurer of Lear Corporation (“Lear”), a global automotive technology leader in Seating and E-Systems, since 2002 and served as Lear’s chief diversity officer from 2014 to 2018. She held positions of increasing responsibility at Lear from 1992 to 2002. Prior to Lear, Ms. Burgess served as controller, treasurer and chief financial officer at Victor International Corp., a premier real estate development company. Ms. Burgess began her career as an auditor at Ernst & Young, one of the world’s largest professional service networks.
