Julie Tolley

Julie Tolley has diverse work experience across multiple companies and roles. Julie currently serves as the Head of Corporate Development & Strategy at Hercules Electric Vehicles since May 2019. From July 2018 to May 2019, Julie explored new opportunities. At Gentherm, they held the position of Vice President Of Product Strategy from March 2018 to June 2018, and previously served as VP Product Strategy - Gentherm Technologies from October 2016 to June 2018. Before that, at Eaton, they held various roles including VP - Next Gen Heavy Duty Transmission from May 2015 to September 2016, VP / GM - Commercial Vehicle Clutch from July 2013 to May 2015, Global Automotive Market Segment Director from March 2011 to July 2013, FEPC General Manager from December 2008 to March 2011, and FESC Business Unit Mgr from October 2007 to December 2008. Prior to joining Eaton, they worked at Visteon as a Manager – Chassis Strategic Supply, Manufacturing, and Alliances from 2003 to 2004. Julie began their career at Ford Motor Company as a Manufacturing Engineer from 1992 to 1999.

Julie Tolley attended Kettering University from 1986 to 1991, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering. Julie went on to pursue further education at the same institution and obtained a Master of Science degree in Manufacturing Management from 1992 to 1994.
