Daniel Grady has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Daniel began their career in 1999 as a Regional Sales and Facilities Manager at Ductmate Industries, responsible for managing HVAC construction projects and later overseeing manufacturing facilities in two locations. From 2005 to 2006, they worked as a Product Manager at NB Handy, where they managed coil and flat sheet procurement and negotiated pricing with vendors.

In 2006, Grady joined Q'so Incorporated as the Vice President of Operations, where they led a 50-person workforce and had responsibilities in various areas such as customer service, facility projects, procurement, and IT.

In 2010, they moved to Hercules Industries as the Commercial Division Branch Manager, directing all branch operations and supporting corporate and branch goals. Daniel later became the Director of Manufacturing Operations in 2016 and was promoted to Vice President of Manufacturing Operations in 2019.

Additionally, Grady has served as a Board Member for organizations such as the Denver Workforce Development Board and SMACNA Colorado.
