Rick Desch

Rick Desch has over 20 years of sales and leadership experience in the HVAC industry. Rick most recently served as the Commercial Sales Director at Hercules Industries, leading the commercial sales division. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Sales Director at Resideo, where they led a team of 105 sales professionals and generated $760 million in annual revenue.
