Jake Rackley

Jake Rackley is an accomplished sales and business development professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as Vice President of Sales & Business Development at Hercules Sealing Products since October 2024, Jake previously held the position of Vice President of Sales, North at Hydraquip, Inc. from July 2010 to October 2024, where Jake also served as Regional Manager. Earlier in the career, Jake was a Regional Account Manager at Danfoss Power Solutions from September 2003 to June 2010, managing a territory that included five states and all of Mexico. Jake began the professional journey at Motion Industries as Branch Manager in Garland, TX, and also held an outside sales position in Dallas, TX. Jake Rackley holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Samford University, earned between 1993 and 1997.
