Janice Bourque

A managing director in the Life Sciences Group, Janice has more than 25 years of life science experience and focuses on emerging growth stage life science companies.

Before joining Hercules in 2010, Janice managed strategic corporate investor fundraising for Commons Capital and Oxford Bioscience Partners to create a global health fund focused on innovative healthcare investments for emerging and developing countries. Before that, she was Senior Vice President and group head life sciences for Comerica. Janice also led the Massachusetts Biotechnology Council, the first biotechnology association in the world, for 12 years as President/CEO.
