Michael Hara

Michael Hara is an experienced finance and communications professional with a diverse background in investor relations and corporate communications. Currently serving as an Advisor at GNUS.AI since January 2024, Hara has held the position of Managing Director at Hercules Capital, Inc. since December 2014, where Michael also previously served as Sr. Director of Investor Relations and Corporate Communications. Prior to this, Hara was the VP of Investor Relations and Communications at Cortina Systems from July 2011 to October 2014, and held the role of Sr. VP of Investor Relations at NVIDIA from January 1994 to July 2011. Hara's career began at Radius as a Product Marketing Manager from 1989 to 1993, followed by a role as Director of Integrated Products at S3 Inc. from September 1993 to January 1994. Hara earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from DeVry University in Phoenix, AZ, from 1978 to 1981.
