Eric Miller

Eric Miller serves as the Vice President of Operations at Herdt Consulting, Inc., a Veteran-Owned Small Business established in 2002, since October 2007. Prior experience includes the role of Senior Business Analyst for the Navy ERP Merge Program from 2003 to 2007, where significant contributions were made to the Navy's SAP Workforce Management solution. Eric also held the position of Project Director at Serco from August 2002 to July 2006 and at Resource Consultants, Inc., where notable business growth was achieved. Earlier career milestones include serving as Program Manager at the Fleet Training Center, overseeing navigation training for over 500 personnel, and as Ship Navigator in the US Navy, leading a navigation team on multiple successful missions. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in IT from Troy University and a Bachelor's degree in Workforce Education and Development from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
