Anshum Verma is a highly experienced software engineer with a strong background in location-based solutions and payment systems. Currently serving as a Senior Principal Software Engineer at HERE Technologies since July 2017, Anshum has also held roles as a Principal Engineer. Prior experience includes co-founding PaySay at Cheripo, a social payments platform designed to facilitate transactions between friends, and working at Nokia as a Principal Engineer/Architect, focusing on location solutions for non-GPS devices. Anshum began a career at Yahoo! as a Senior Software Engineer, where development of an analytics and reporting platform for advertisers took place. Anshum holds a Master’s degree in Computer Technology and Applications from Delhi College of Engineering and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Rajasthan.
