Bryan Hackmann

Bryan Hackmann is a seasoned professional in equity compensation with extensive experience across multiple companies. Currently serving as the Senior Equity Manager for Total Rewards at HERE Technologies since June 2017, Bryan manages global equity compensation for Long Term Incentive programs in over 55 countries. Prior to this role, Bryan worked at Baxter International Inc. from April 2008 to June 2017 as the Senior Stock Plan Administrator, overseeing global equity compensation for various stock compensation programs in more than 50 countries, along with the administration of the Employee Stock Purchase Plan in 32 countries. Bryan began the career at Computershare in September 2006, providing expertise in equity compensation as part of the Investor Services team, managing stock plan records for corporate clients. Bryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the Kelley School of Business and a degree in Sociology from the College of Arts and Sciences, both from Indiana University Bloomington.
