Raul Fernandez serves as the Senior Director of Customer Success and Technical Support at HERE Technologies, leading a team responsible for resolving technical issues and enhancing customer value from products and services. Prior experience includes roles at Motorola Solutions, where 15 years were spent honing supply chain strategies, and work as a Process Engineer at Empresas Polar.
