Rubina Khan

Rubina Khan has over 20 years of experience in talent acquisition, currently serving as the Regional Talent Acquisition Lead for the APAC region and the Head of Talent Acquisition for India at HERE Technologies since March 2010. In this role, Rubina leads recruiting operations for two global business units, collaborating with the Global Talent Acquisition team to implement policies and strategies specific to the India region. Prior to HERE Technologies, Rubina held positions at Patni Computer Systems Ltd. as Assistant Manager - Recruitment, and worked as a recruiter at Teamlease, Sampoorna Computer People, and Oxford Consultants. Rubina holds a Graduate degree in Commerce from Bhavan's and completed SSC at St. Charles High School.
