Customer Operations Manager I

Sameera Shaakunthala possesses extensive experience in customer operations and JIRA administration, currently serving as a Customer Operations Manager I at HERE Technologies since January 2019. In this role, Sameera contributes to the Global Bid Management team within the Global Sales Enablement organization, focusing on bid processing and customer requirements organization.
