Rowan Matthews

Rowan Matthews is a no-nonsense person who candidly speaks his mind about what he expects of himself, his colleagues and his business. “There is nothing flash about me or Hampshire I.A for that matter.” says Rowan ‘’I am tired of corporations selling dreams they cannot fulfil through Managers that have never been in the IFA environment.

Graduating with a B.A Honours in Industrial Psychology and an M.B.A, Rowan was more than adequately academically qualified to embark on his impressive career in Management. Today he is the Director of Hampshire I.A, a fully independent FSP. Hampshire market through an independent IFA team nationally and focus primarily on Investment, both local and international, Employee benefits, both retail and medical aid, and normal retail life and retirement products.
