Lindsey Ellison

Lindsey Ellison is an experienced legal and project management professional currently serving as a Motions Paralegal at Hereford Insurance Company since February 2022. In this role, Lindsey manages multiple open motions, drafts and reviews affidavits, and oversees the maintenance of motion templates. Prior experience includes a Project Specialist position at Preferred Home Care of NY, where Lindsey coordinated project timelines and assisted in the development of health-related applications. Previous roles also encompass work as an Arbitration Paralegal at American Transit Insurance Co, where Lindsey authored numerous affidavits and negotiated case settlements, alongside an internship at the New York State Department of Homeland Security focused on risk management, and research for The Psychology and Security Research Group. Lindsey is currently pursuing a Doctor of Law degree at the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University, having previously earned a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from the University at Albany.
