Steven Thomson

Steven Thomson has a long and varied career in the technology industry. Steven began their career in 1989 as a Lead Chemist/Refining Supervisor at W.E. Mowrey, Co. In 1999, they became the Owner of Thomson Solutions. In 2004, they took on a Senior Consultant role at TJ Riley Consulting and a Chief Technology Architect role at Modern Survey, Inc. In 2016, Steven joined Aon as an IT Sr Tech Ops Manager, where they were a leader and mentor to Aon's technology team members, overseeing various technology operational areas. In 2019, they moved to Kincentric as a Director of DevOps, working to facilitate communication between technology team members and client organizations. Steven's current role is Director of Cloud Operations at Heretto, which they began in 2022.

Steven Thomson attended the University of Minnesota from 1984 to 1987, where they obtained a degree in Computer Science, with a focus in Software Engineering, DBMS, and Mathematics.
