Greg Holman

Greg Holman has a diverse work experience, starting in 2005 as the Director of Pop Culture for Heritage Auctions. Greg is responsible for assessing and bringing value to be auctioned, as well as being involved in various television and radio productions. In 2008, they founded the popular Dallas food blog EatDallas and also worked as a food critic for Blitz Weekly Magazine. Greg has also been a lead vocalist for tribute bands such as Texas Floyd and Lone Star Floyd. Additionally, they have worked as a television personality for Viacom, A&E Television Networks, and Disney ABC Television Group. Greg Holman attended Texas State University from 1982 to 1986, where they pursued a double major in Cultural Anthropology and Technical Theatre with a minor in Astro Physics.
