Nigel Russell

Nigel Russell is currently the Director of Photographs at Heritage Auctions in New York. Prior to this role, Nigel worked as an Independent Photography Consultant, a Photography Consultant at Qatar Museums Authority, a Specialist in the Photographs Department at Christie's, and as a Consultant/Photographic Sales at Adorama. Nigel also served as an AVP in the Photographs Department at Sothebys and as a Photographs/Camera Specialist at Swann Auction Galleries. Before their career in the photography industry, Nigel was a Curator at The Spira Collection. Nigel holds a degree from Rochester Institute of Technology and attended both Vassar College and Syosset High School.
