Pablo Garrido has extensive work experience in the field of audit and compliance. Pablo has held various positions in different companies throughout their career. Pablo started as an External Audit Manager at Ernst & Young in 2005 and worked there until 2012. Following that, they joined Grupo Pullmantur as an Internal Audit & Compliance Senior Manager. Pablo held this position for seven years before moving to Douglas in 2019, where they served as the Internal Audit & Compliance Director. In 2021, they transitioned to Natra as the Head of Group Internal Audit & Risks Management. Currently, they are the Head of Group Internal Audit at HERITAGE B.

Pablo Garrido's education history is as follows:

Pablo Garrido completed a postgraduate program in Compliance at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid in 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a degree in Licenciado en Administración y Dirección de Empresas (LADE) with a specialization in Contabilidad y Auditoria from Universidad Complutense de Madrid, where they studied from 1999 to 2004. In 2002 to 2003, they also studied at the University of Leeds, where they pursued a degree in Licenciado en Management Studies.

Additionally, Pablo Garrido has obtained several certifications. In 2009, they qualified as a Chartered Accountant (Spanish CPA) and became a member of ROAC (Registro Oficial de Auditores de Cuentas). This certification was awarded by ICAC - Ministerio de Economía y Hacienda. In 2021, they obtained a certification in CESCOM & IFCA from ASCOM - Asociación Española de Compliance.
