Allison Dubbs, MBA, serves as the Senior Vice President and Marketing Leader at Heritage Bank - Greater Cincinnati since June 2019. Allison is also the Founder and Principal of ADventures Consulting LLC, where Allison provides expert consultation in integrated marketing and communications. Previous roles include Director of Communications and Consumer Marketing at EyeMed Vision Care, Director of Marketing and Corporate Communications at The Dental Care Plus Group, and Director at Freedman, Gibson & White. Early career experience includes leading marketing and communications for the American Heart Association and serving as Public Information Officer for the State of Ohio. Allison holds an Executive MBA from Xavier University and a Bachelor of Arts in marketing communications and music from Otterbein University.
