Brendan Sheppard

Brendan Sheppard is a seasoned business analyst with extensive experience in various sectors, currently serving as a Principal Business Analyst at the Queensland University of Technology since June 2024. Brendan also founded Textac in January 2024. Previously, Brendan played a significant role as a Senior Business Analyst at People First Bank, contributing to a major ICT merger program that rebranded the company following the merger of Heritage Bank and People’s Choice Credit Union. Additional experience includes positions at Auto & General, Business Analysis (BAPL), the Queensland Building and Construction Commission, and FCM Travel Solutions Australia, where Brendan was instrumental in the optimization of business processes and collaboration across various teams. Brendan holds a Bachelor of Business Management in Marketing from The University of Queensland and completed a course in Fundamentals of Business Process Management at QUT.
