Katrina Gill

Katrina Gill has over 25 years of experience in the field of human resources. Katrina started their career as a Human Resource Manager at Iwasaki Sangyo - Capricorn International Resort in 1994 and later moved on to become an Executive Manager of Human Resources at MGM Grand Hotel & Casino Las Vegas. Gill then joined Vodafone where they held various roles including Senior Human Resource Manager in Retail, Business, and Organizational Development, Senior Human Resources Manager in Northern Europe Middle East and Africa, Senior Human Resource Manager in Policy Development, and Human Resource Specialist for Projects. Katrina then worked at Suncorp Group as the Executive Manager - Head of People and Performance before joining Coles as the National People and Culture Manager for Hotels. Currently, Gill serves as the Head of Human Resources Operations at Heritage Bank.
