Angela Kettner

Angela Kettner has over a decade of experience in the banking sector, currently serving as a Mortgage Closing Supervisor and AVP at Heritage Bank NA since March 2011. In this role, Angela trains Customer Service Representatives on compliance with banking regulations, develops procedural documentation, and implements new processes. Additional responsibilities include handling debit card disputes, managing account compliance, and conducting financial crime searches. Prior to this, Angela was a Payroll Paraprofessional at Anfinson Thompson & Co. Angela Kettner holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Rasmussen University and an Associate of Arts degree from Ridgewater College.
