Katrina Beckstrom

Katrina Beckstrom serves as a Business Process Manager at Heritage Bank NA since November 2022, and also holds the position of City Council Member for the City of Lake Elmo, MN, representing approximately 11,000 residents since January 2021. Additionally, Beckstrom has been an EMS Instructor - Level 1 at Northwood Technical College since May 2015, teaching Emergency Medical Technician students, and has served as an Advance Emergency Medical Technician at New Richmond Area Ambulance Service since August 2012, providing pre-hospital patient care. Beckstrom previously worked at HealthPartners from May 2003 to August 2022, where extensive project management led to improved efficiency across over 20 clinics. Educational qualifications include an Associate of Arts in Business/Commerce from Waldorf University and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Health Information Management from Anoka-Ramsey Community College.
